Do you deliver nationwide?

We deliver nationwide anywhere with orders above 5 000€.

Who can buy the packages?

Homeowners, Developers, Hotels, B & B’s can all buy our products. We are happy to amend packages to suit individual needs.

How much is delivery?

All our complete furniture packages include free delivery nationwide. Any Taylor made packages you create yourself will incur a delivery charge subject to the value of your order.

How quickly can you deliver?

From the date that you complete your order and pay the deposit it takes an average of 45 days until full delivery and installation. However should you need it more urgently we can take a view of what is possible and which items we are sure will be able to be delivered on time.

When do you deliver?

We usually make delivery during the week Monday-Friday at a time suitable for you/ developers / agents. We will keep you updated throughout the journey. 

Do I have to be there myself to accept delivery?

No. We are will liaise on your behalf and collect keys locally from the agent, sales office, developer etc.

Can I make changes to the furniture packages?

Yes. We appreciate that properties vary in size from one another. You can make as many changes as you like and can even mix and match different furniture lines. We will email you a quote based on your exact requirements.

Will everything fit into my property?

We will always ask you to email or fax any floor plans etc so we can use our experience to make sure everything will fit well into the property. If certain items from our packages do not fit then we will offer practical alternatives.

Do you supply bedding packs, bed linen & towels?

Yes, absolutely! We can supply everything your new home needs, down to the last detail, and have a range of bedding packs, bed linen and towels.

Do you offer made to measure framed mirrors?

Yes. We can make made to measure framed mirrors to suite your style & colours.

Do you offer ready-made curtains?

No. In fact, all our curtains are made to measure. We include standard size curtains per room in all our furniture packages. Choose your fabric, give us your measurements and let us send you a quote! decor@portugal-interiors.com

Can you help source electrical & white goods? 

Yes. We can source the bigger electric  for you if you need. However we include some electrics in our furniture packages such as, Smart TV, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Hand blender and Iron.

Do you install everything?

Yes. We will deliver and assemble everything. This includes setting the dining table, making the beds, hanging any artwork and mirrors. Our team will always set the furniture in the most practical and space saving manner. We will then remove all the rubbish and make sure the property is cleaned and ready for immediate occupation.

How can I pay?

Payment terms are strictly 30% upfront and the remaining 2 weeks before delivery. You can make payments via, bank transfer, debit or credit card. Please note that payments by credit card will incur a charge of 2.5% which is charged to us by the banks.
